Information you provide
This may include your name, contact details, appointment information and the content of an enquiry. Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive information. Enquiries about young performers should be made by an appropriate parent, guardian or professional where required.
Bookings
Website bookings use Google Calendar to check availability and manage confirmed appointments, and Stripe to process payments. We send booking-confirmation emails using the contact details provided. Next Stages does not receive or store payment-card details; Stripe handles those under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and arrange services
- To manage appointments, payments and agreed programmes
- To provide contracted coaching or production work
- To meet legal, accounting and safeguarding obligations
Photography, audio, video and testimonials
Creative materials will not be used publicly as case studies, testimonials or promotional content unless suitable permission has been confirmed. Private client notes are not website content.
Analytics and cookies
No new analytics or advertising script is included in this development build. Any future measurement tools must be documented and introduced with appropriate privacy and consent controls.

You may contact Next Stages to ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
